Ava Rose | Production Manager
Ava has always had a love for adventure. The greatest memories we’ve captured with our daughter have all been outside. Her love for adventure inspires us today, helping other families with special needs capture their best memories outside. Fun fact: Traditionally in films the Unit Production Manager is the first title in the end credits. Ava has maintained that top spot in every Adventure for Ava film, and she always will.
Dan Redfield | Director
Ava’s Dad and full time Emmy nominated filmmaker Dan uses his skills, experience and equipment to capture moments for the families he serves. Dan brings a unique perspective having walked the path with his daughter Ava. Making it a priority to tell each story the way he would want his own family’s story told, with love, dignity and respect.

Jenah Coates | Family Coordinator
As a special needs Mom herself, Jenah brings a unique perspective when planning the adventures for our families. Jenah helps to discover a safe and suitable adventure for each family. Coordinating with the adventure companies and the production crew Jenah does it all!
Josh Larson | Production Support
As a parent to two young boys Josh understands the importance of capturing family memories. Since inception Josh has been eager to volunteer his time to help capture the most out of each family adventure. Josh helps to film many of the adventures, capturing precious moments for other parents.
Caroline Hunt-Bartel | Account Manager
As a 3rd generation Alaskan, Caroline, has a strong love for the outdoors and understands the importance of giving back to the community. Caroline is our point of contact for sponsors. She helps to maintain and build the relationships that make our adventures possible. When Caroline isn't outside she likes to spend her time with books, plants and four-legged friends.
